PRESIDENT & OWNER

Gregg began his career with Star Homes in 1984 as a laborer under the tutelage of Delbert Delagrange, a founder of Star Homes in 1960. Gregg was required to learn and perform all the tasks needed to build a solid, long lasting home. After several years of on the job training he assumed the role of President.

He is involved each day in the process of managing a successful construction company and is guiding it into the future. He is a past Board Member of the Home Builders Association and a highly respected leader of the tri-state construction industry.

EXECUTIVE ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN

Leads the creation of detailed construction drawings and technical plans that bring each home design to life. I ensure accuracy, compliance with building codes, and alignment with both the design vision and construction requirements.

I prepare detailed construction drawings and technical plans that bring each home design to life. I work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure every detail is accurate, code compliance, and aligned with the overall design vision. My role supports the team by helping turn ideas in precise plans that guide the build process.

LEAD DESIGN COORDINATOR

I guide homeowners through every interior and exterior selection, ensuring each detail aligns with their vision while remaining functional, cohesive, and within budget. I manage vendor relations, and translate ideas into precise construction specifications. By coordinating between clients and our team, I help bring each home to life in a way that feels seamless, intentional, and beautifully executed.

DESIGN COORDINATOR

I support the design journey with 3D renderings and mood-boards that give homeowners a clear view of their selections. I help coordinate with vendors and organize design specifications to keep the process smooth and on track. By partnering with the design and construction team, I make sure each home comes together cohesively, intentionally, and with precision.

SALES MANAGER

I’m usually the first person you’ll meet when you start your homebuilding journey with Star Homes. I’ll get to know your goals, wish list, and inspirations, then work with our drafting and design teams to bring your vision to life on paper. I also handle pricing and contract details so you can feel confident moving forward. From there, I help hand things off to our design and construction teams, making sure your dream home starts off on the right foot.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER & CLOSING COORDINATOR

I manage the financial flow of each project - from processing payments and payroll to keeping accounts organized and accurate. I also handle closing coordination, making sure all final details and documents come together smoothly. My goal is to keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes so your experience from start to finish feels seamless.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

I’m here to make sure every call is answered with a smile and every visitor feels at home. From greeting clients and coordinating appointments to keeping our daily operations on track, I’m the go-to for just about everything that keeps the office humming. I love creating a warm, organized space where our team, and our homeowners , feel supported.

INFORMATION & COST MANAGER

Everybody’s favorite number cruncher and go-to for answers, I manage the data and details that keep our projects accurate and efficient; from maintaining up-to-date pricing information to tracking costs and supporting the estimating process. My role helps ensure our team has the information they need to make clear, confident decisions from the first quote to the final invoice.

ESTIMATOR & WARRANTY SUPERINTENDENT

I handle estimating for upcoming work and oversee warranty items, punch lists, and service projects once builds are complete. I’m the guy who makes sure every detail is wrapped up and every homeowner feels confident long after the dust settles.

HEAD OF CONSTRUCTION

I’m responsible for keeping the build side of things running like a well-oiled machine. I oversee project scheduling, trade coordination, and quality control - making sure every detail carries through to the finish line. From start to finish, my focus is simple: get it done right, on time, and up to the Star Homes standards.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

I work closely with our Head of Construction to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. I help manage client communication, coordinate with trades, and ensure the details from our design team are carried out on-site. My role is about connection; making sure what’s planned, promised, and designed comes together seamlessly in the field.

CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

I help oversee the day-to-day work on site and assist with hands-on building and finishing tasks. My focus is on craftsmanship, quality, and keeping every detail up to Star Homes standards.

CRAFTSMAN

I’m the go-to for figuring things out in the field. Whether it’s a tricky install, a design adjustment request, or one of those “we’ll need to get creative” moments, I’m here to make it work - and make it look good. My goal is to keep the job moving and the quality you expect walking into a Star Homes - home.

CRAFTSMAN

You’ll usually find me out on site keeping things moving - framing, finishing, or helping wherever I’m needed. I like seeing a project come together piece by piece and knowing I had a hand in making it happen. Around here, I’m all about hard work, teamwork, and doing the job right.
