The Builders Association of Northeast Indiana 2011 Parde Event
The dates for the 2011 event are August 11th – 14th and August 18th – 21st.
Each home on the tour will be open from 12:00 to 6:00pm daily.

Star Homes by Delagrange & Richhart, Inc. entry in the event aptly named the “Island View” is the renovation of a once abandoned cottage. The restoration brought the tiny cottage into the 21st century while maintaining its original character. The cottage takes full advantage of the stunning views of Clear Lake and Kasota Island with floor to ceiling windows lining the rear. Inside the cottage contains a master suite and a guest bedroom; both having ample closet space. The open 12’ high ceilings in the kitchen and great rooms give the visitor a sense of space and a grand feeling as they take in the views. The property takes full advantage of the views and beautiful surroundings with two decks and a covered porch.
