The GRD Group Story
GRD Group, Inc. is a combination of talents of Roger Delagrange and Gregg Richhart. Each brings his own special and unique qualities to a company that was formed specifically to cater to the Villa Buyer.
Roger Delagrange, one of the originators of the "Villaminium Concept" in Allen County, brings over 30 years of homebuilding and developing expertise to the GRD Group. Roger's home building history dates back to the "70's" when he went to work for his Uncle Delbert. Delbert taught Roger, from the ground up, that hard work and honesty would pay off. In 1976, Delbert started Roger and his brothers in their own building company from which Roger began his development career. Roger's dedication and commitment to quality and service to the home buying public is a tribute to his uncle's tutelage.
Gregg Richhart, owner of Star Homes by Delagrange & Richhart, Inc. and Roger have a common thread that connects them. His name is Delbert Delagrange. Gregg, Delbert's son-in-law, also got his start working under Delberts watchful and caring eye. Like Roger, Gregg had to start in the field so he could learn exactly what went into homebuilding. Gregg carries that tradition on today with GRD Group, Inc. He learned from Delbert to have patience and the willingness to change things. Gregg knows that the only way to get repeat business is to give the customers what they want and take care of them after they move in. Gregg also learned from Delbert that the only way to ensure a quality product is to use the best materials and the most skilled craftsman.
Gregg and Roger are members of the Fort Wayne Home Builders Association and have received numerous award for their homebuilding in the Parade of Homes and Street of Dreams.
