With the heritage of Delbert Delagrange, one of the founders of Star Homes in 1960, combined with the leadership of Gregg Richhart, Star Homes has become a highly respected and financially solid builder in the tri-state area. In 1996 GRD Villa Group was formed by Gregg Richhart and Roger Delagrange and has also gained equal respect as the region's leading builder of free standing and attached villas.
The web site illustrates both companies abilities to design and build a wide variety custom single family homes, waterfront homes, office buildings and villas. The site explains our tested building process, it will introduce you to the management teams, it will guide you to the communities where our model homes can be toured and it will answer frequently asked questions about building a home.
